McDonald's

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon to get coffee for my hairdresser and for myself. The young man at the second window said he was brewing fresh regular coffee and fresh decaf asked me to pull up to number 3 and wait. I gladly did that! And I thanked him for making it fresh without me even asking. I would rather wait for fresh coffee then gag down a cup of old stuff. This McDonald's is awesome with service this way. They always do this! And they smile and are very kind! Thank you. Great restaurant and great staff!

Better than the new Panera in town! [Better coffee and drink choices as well as better prices. And, way better than the Perkins Road location by far.]

Went in for a sausage egg mcmuffin meal with bacon on it. Left the store and opened my meal and took the first bite to realize they forgot the sausage patty!... How is this even possible??? A sausage egg mcmuffin... and they forgot the sausage... Went back to the store and they corrected it... but how is this even possible? Does the sausage not go on first? Who is watching or training these employees?

Ordered through the app to make sure my order was ready when I got there. Got there about 10 minutes after I ordered. Stood in the store for another 10. Got my order. My iced tea lemonade was almost all ice and lemonade. Could not see or taste any iced tea. Fries were cold and soggy and my Mac chickens were a mess just lettuce and mayonnaise all over the wrapper.

I ordered a sweet tea and there was a bug in my drink. I returned to exchange for another and honestly the guy made it feel like I put the bug in there for a monopoly piece on the cup 😂 but he put some sort of syrup or sticky stuff on my 2nd drink and I had to run to the restroom to wash my hands because the hand sanitizers stations was not filled up. So I asked for another drink as I tried wiping the cup and it was still sticky. Dude definitely gave me an uncomfortable experience with his mannerisms. And when I went to drink my sweet tea, it was unsweetened tea. I did not go back and remedy this situation and drove to the McDonald's by the exit instead. I still gave them 4 stars because they usually are amazing. Just today was an exception with that senior male.
