nothing im about to say applies to the people working in the morning, they are lovely and seldom mess things up. the evening shift at this mcdonalds is probably the most incompetent group of employees to ever hold a job. the line is always wrapped around the building, but not because of high demand, because they can never finish making food on time. and when you do get your food it's always messed up. I went in 4 times in 1 hour because the messed up my order repeatedly, despite me explaining what it was to them constantly. their drive thru speakers are broken, but that's not the reason, because the order on the screen will be correct, and on the receipt it's correct, but when you open your box the food is almost always wrong. today is the 5th time in the row I have gone in the evening and

Never again, very inefficient Edit: I'm not contacting nothing, y'all have been like this for months at this point. Y'all got workers that sound like crap when taking orders and people that have to ask "what did you order again?" multiple times because they don't have the brain power to remember anything, good luck in the future i know you guys will continue to make money because you're McDonalds, that's basically it. If you were any other chain restaurant then you wouldn't be getting a tenth of the amount of customers you get now. All because people are too lazy to make food, like me yesterday. So keep taking lazy orders and forgetting who had what food, you're still a multi-billion dollar company at the end of the day.

I frequent this location and lately it seems to be going downhill FAST! Something is always missing and the food is cold/stale more often than not. The Hispanic female manager working tonight was absolutely rude & disgusting!! I'm assuming the management changed based upon the ongoing issues. This used to be my favorite location and now I don't plan on returning.

Absolutely ridiculously slow. Theres 10 people waiting for their food and no one at the counter. No one has asked me what my order was when i already paid online almost 20 minutes ago and im still just waiting. One lady cut me in line so they took care of her knowing i got there first. Never again! One guy ordered a large fri complained he waited 15 minutes which i think was longer bc he was there way before me. Another customer waited 30 minutes for a large frie and large coke, his food was on the counter the entire time in a bag. customer was highly upset he stated "so my food was sitting there for 30 minutes so now i have to leave with cold food?" and stormed out... they have a bunch of lazy females that work in the back kitchen laughing, playing around, 1 "sweeping" and one outside jus

They always forget to put something in the bag, and before I drive away I ask is everything in the bag? They say yes sir, so I park and guess what there food missing, and the manager at that time was a lady and she gave me a hell of a time, I try hard not to go there, but sometimes I think maybe this time will be good, and guess what lol you know what's coming yes still missing food.
