McDonald's

I ordered some food, It was all going great till I got home. I'm walking inside, filled with joy, ready to eat my food! All of A sudden I'm separating the food on the table, and I realize IM MISSING SOME FOOD. I go check everywhere, in the car, in the house, if the bag had a hole. Nothing. I feel desperate, hungry, betrayed, that my daily McDonalds did this to me. Never in my 15 years, have I ever experienced this. The best thing is right when I go to call them back my phone dies, I charge my phone ... there close, I drive to McDonalds ... I'm out of gas. I'm not asking for a lot. Not a refund. Not a partial refund. Not free things. All I want to know is that this will NEVER happen to somebody ever again. Thank you for your time and your service

My Quarter Pounder burger was pink. Too raw to eat. Very disappointed. Fries were average, mix of good ones and not good ones that were crunchy.

The drive through employee was extremely unprofessional and rude, and one of the burger patties was raw, cold and raw when i bit into it. Horrible standards of service and food safety.

I went through the drive thru, ate in my car in the parking lot (just didn't want to take in the McDonald's experience) and then went back inside to throw away the McDonald's trash and top off my drink. The manager, I assume, went out of her way to tell me that refills are only for dine in customers. I just drove through maybe 5-10 minutes earlier. The staff recognized me. I could have paid the same price for the food in the restaurant. Whatever, it is probably a good thing to have a negative impression so I will avoid eating at McDonald's.

Ordered via the app. Got to the window to pick up my food and was told an item I ordered was sold out, no other option provided other than a refund. I ordered the food because I was hungry… a refund is not a solution. The person at the window couldn’t care less and gave no options
