Chaska Thai Restaurant

I was excited for this restaurant to open. I ordered online and that was easy, no glitches. I picked up my food, it was ready when promised. I got a delicious green curry with chicken, my boyfriend got the Pad See-Eiw with beef. I also got an order of the avocado rolls to share. Everything was so fresh and delicious! The spice level was perfect. Even though I ordered takeout, when I went in to pick up the food the atmosphere inside was very warm and inviting. The women I got my order from were friendly and efficient. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am looking forward to trying more of their offerings soon!

Highly recommend this place! We started with cream cheese wonton. For main entree, we thoroughly enjoyed their Teriyaki Beef (level 3 spicy) and basil fried rice with shrimp (level 4 spicy). Both were very tasty and the spice level was perfect (medium). We finished off with mango sticky rice which was also great. Great combinationnof sweet, salty, coconut, and mango. Staff is pleasant and attentive too. We'll be coming back for sure!

Amazing food, great portions and prices and attentive and kind staff! Will absolutely be back! They are very clearly making everything fresh to order and it was all very fresh and delicious. They are having a ton of takeout business so it may take a little longer than expected to get your food but well worth the modest wait!

I wanted to like this place so much. Chaska needs a new take on Asian cuisine and my hope was this would be it. I ordered the passion fruit basil seed drink. I love unique food/drinks so this was up my ally. I ordered the cream cheese wontons, crispy pork egg rolls and pad thai with mock duck. Egg rolls and wontons, delicious. I wish there was more filling and less water chestnuts in the egg rolls. Or at least have the water chestnuts sliced thinner than just chunks. It makes for a weird mouth feel. I had leftovers to take home for my pad thai luckily but when I finished off, I had some off crunchy pieces. I spat them out to find egg shells. Chaska Thai opened in downtown Chaska, 10/28/2025, and it’s already a must-visit! They are located 2 River Bend Place and were blown away by the quality, freshness, and authentic flavors. We started with the Spicy Chicken Wings—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and perfectly paired with their homemade spicy sauce. The Fresh Spring Rolls were light, refreshing, and came with a delicious dipping sauce that tied everything together. For our main dishes, we had the Sesame Chicken with steamed white rice and the Pad See-Eiw with a combination of chicken and beef.
