I had to repeat myself about 5 times just to get an awful attitude in return. I’m assuming they are training or something, but that doesn’t matter. The lady at the window didn’t know what my order was. I told her my name and I explained I had a mobile order. She then reads off names as if I didn’t just tell her what I had who it was for. The second girl tried helping her so I told her my order. She then goes to get a manager. Whose name is Leah. She comes to the window and asks me for a third time what my order was. I then repeated it all again she didn’t know where it was so she’s typing it in and then has me try to pay. I said I already paid through the mobile app. She gets a bit snarky and then says why didn’t you tell me that before making me ring it all back in! You’re good to go. No

Went through the drive through submitted my mobile order code and added another shake and fry onto it. Was only two double cheeseburgers a larger and medium fry and 2 medium shakes. Was asked to pull forward and was waiting on the shakes said ok no problem did not receive any of my food at this point. Waited 20 minutes went inside to check and saw my shakes sitting on the table by the grill melting and the whip cream completely gone and my food no where in sight. Saw 8 people working the front and one amazing lady in the back working the grill and the line who only spoke Spanish and seemed to be being berated by everyone else. Such a sad experience and poor managing. This was March 8th at about 8:40pm with a steady amount of cars coming in but I would never say was busy just such a lack of

So I got 3 chicken snack wraps , a small Diet Coke , large sweet tea , 20 piece nugget , 2 medium fries , so we pull off and notice we are missing 1 medium fry so I’m like alright , as I’m going back through to get my fry , I bite into this chicken wrap and it’s about the size of my middle finger ( no pun intended) so we get to the window I pull the pice of chicken up to show them and say we just need a refund , the fries are not warm , so here appears about 7 people at the window just looking at us not saying anything and don’t even have a response or a sorry or anything it felt like they looked at us like we were crazy ! Manager was probably there also who knows no one said a word except the girl at the window and she was annoyed and said you’re gonna have to come in so we can see what y

My fries were hot, that much I was appreciating. However, there’s still 2 bags of food on the to go counter from 8 pm and 9pm, and the current TOD is 1132 pm. There’s plenty of people in the kitchen. No greetings at all, they’ll stare at you for 10/15 minutes before asking anything. There’s at least 4/5 people working. I don’t know if it’s a lack of motivation, team work, or process, but this store is disastrous every time I come in here.

Food was cold. fries carton wasn’t even open all the way. Quarter pounder was pink. Mc ribs was cold no barbecue sauce hardly at all. We asked for ketchup packets, three times got home. There was no ketchup.
