The Burbank location is my favorite McDonald's. My orders are always correct. The drive-thru runs smooth. The restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Marcos is always very pleasant in the morning. Best coffee

I usually go through the drive-thru. Outdoor menu screens are clean and well lit. Service is fast. They are open 24/7, facility is cleaned outside. TEACHERS GET 20% weekday orders when they show ID. I haven't had any incidents with orders

When you actually get your food correct it’s fine. I ordered on the app, parked for curbside check in, went to submit my spot number and the app stated that my order had been cancelled. I checked my email and did not have an email that the order had been placed so I figured it was a sign from my dieting gods that I didn’t need it. I still was in the spot for at least 5 minutes debating placing another order and checking my email. I got home and discovered the email was in my spam folder and I was charged. I submitted a request to corporate for a refund of my $4.51 purchase….that was over a week ago and I am still waiting. They just keep telling me with every contact that the franchisee is responsible for the refund, well the request was submitted to them (according to their corporate

5 stars only because of manager Chris. He’s usually there night shifts. This guy is great! Very polite and efficient. Always gets my meals Hot and Quick! This man definitely deserves to be rewarded for his great customer service. Don’t overlook him please!

I like this particular restaurant a lot. First of all, because it's relatively close to me, second, it's always nice and clean inside. Orders are ready quickly, meals are fresh and hot, workers are friendly and attentive.
