This is my favorite dunkin to get Carmel cappy blast! Ozzy is the king of making them the way I like it! Everybody is always so nice there! It's my favorite Southside dunkin!

Don’t ask for less ice they will actually put less coffee in the cup so childish

I'm done with Baskin Robbins as a company. I called this place to confirm they had before I drove 25 minutes because they are the ONLY location that has dairy free ice cream in stock within a 30 mil radius of my home. When I arrive I was greeted with oh your the one who called sorry we don't have containers to make that item limited on our menu. Instead of offering a solution I got nothing. My family will never visit a Baskin Robbins again. Their service has and availability to anything gas drastically changed in the last year.

I felt very ugly when I left this place. I asked a girl for example work cream on my ice coffee. She did not do it. I asked for it. She told me you didn't ask for it. Well I said I didn't look at the receipt you had worked cream on it. Sarcastically she stated back to me I forgot. We also ordered three donuts. She did not tell us here's your donuts she laid them on the counter. A customer had to say I think these are your donuts. Thanks for your help Miss Amanda.

There were what 10 employees working and two people in line and that's including me and it took 15 minutes to buy some icecream. (Inside not the drive thru)
