"This the type of food that keeps families together!" Hubby had me on the road for hours starving until I said hurry pick a spot! Outside wasn't really "giving" but I was open minded. Got inside and was offered the bar.... low profile YES! Got to the back and it was both high top and low tables. Love the atmosphere with the waiter, Richard, giving a real "homie" vibe! Brisket loaded fries (no subs) BUSS DOWN😋 Smokehouse burger- hubby wanted more sauce (there was more he couldve added l lol) Ordered rib tips as appetizers but we smashed those as soon as they arrived. (Sorry for not having pic) Will definitely order again!!

Man-oh Man!!! I've had good food several times in life, but EXCELLENT food only a few. This was excellent. Everything here was made with AWARENESS & LOVE! I ordered 'The Sampler- 2 Meats'. I chose the 3 wings & pulled pork, and it came with two sides and I selected the Mac N Cheese and Beans. I also ordered a side of the Cajun Green Beans. This food is something to write home about! The wings although smothered in BBQ had so much flavor and seasoning I may have shed a tear. The pulled pork was SO tender it was almost wet, other than the PERFECTLY charred ends. Each bite was filled with a smokey flavor that could only have come from HOURS of smoking. I cant even describe the cajun green beans, just delicious and UNIQUE! Came to this location with a group of 4 adults and 3 children and was beyond disappointed with the service. We were seated at 6:45pm and by 7:25 the only thing we had received was our drinks, which the order was taken by the busser. We had informed her that we were ready to order food to which she replied that our server would be with us soon. We waited, waited, and waited some more and the server never came or acknowledged us. After watching the server take a tables order who had been seated after us, we decided to leave.

I come to Chucks in Burbank often, I live down the street and my kids love the food. I always recommend it to people bc I have never had a bad meal. I was there twice this week. The staff is usually amazing as well. Last night I went to the bar with my friend. Tom, the bartender, is great! Friendly, always cracking jokes, good vibes. The other bartender is rude, gets mad when you order a drink, then makes a comment to his manager who laughs at his comment bc he's mad about me ordering a coco loco. Then hands me my drink, I say thank you very much, not a word, doesn't acknowledge customers at all. His whole attitude when we are there is just absolutely shitty with us. This is a BBQ place and that is really good here, They also have great Cajun food. Today I had shrimp etouffee. wow this was great today. Friendly staff excellent service and great food. Returned today it's been about a year since my last visit. Hey it's just as good as it always is, great food! Today I had a cup of gumbo and the shrimp jambalaya. Oh my I'll need to come back sooner. This was a large portion today.
