McDonald's

I pulled in straight to a speaker ( didn’t have to wait ) and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. I paid for and received my food within only a couple minutes which is nice.. But when your burger looks like this and is not even wrapped properly.. I’d rather you take your time to prepare my sandwich… like seriously.. How hard is it to stack three circular items on top of each other??? 🙄

This McDonald's is both the best and the worst. The food is great! Consistently the best fries I get a McDonald's across a four state area. The burgers are always fresh and hot although assembly and wrapping is often terrible. Sometimes sandwiches look like they were put together by someone who doesn't care or wasn't trained. BUT... The biggest issue? Service times. They are ABYSMAL. Absolutely terrible. I have never once received an order in less than ten minutes; more often it's 15 or more. And good luck getting waited on if you're at the counter. It's rather like yelling into the wind.

today jan 8 2026 stopped in for 2 breakfast sandwiches english muffin egg n sausage spoke to cashier put order in at 848am. In meantime 4 sr citizens got their food im still waiting WOW total of 9 mins 45 sec i had my food!!!!!!!! Unexceptable great sandwhich but def the wait sunk the ship

manger on duty was incredibly rude and immature. It’s fast food but, and i can acknowledge that but forcing every to pull up to not only manipulate speed but still taking 20 mins is absolutely ridiculous lol it’s fast food do better at your job 😂

The dining room and drive through was empty. I went inside, walked to the front counter and waited for 15 minutes then left after making eye contact with at least 4 employees without being acknowledged at all. If I were the manager here, I'd be embarrassed. Even by the insanely low bar that McDonald's has set, this was ridiculous. This is 100% the product of terrible and ineffective management. Shame on you
