The service is truly terrible. Waiting 40 minutes for a fast food meal (to go) only to have it come out cold is outrageous! Common sense! First, bake the apple pies, then serve the food. Nobody wants to eat cold food! I was so happy when they opened, but honestly, I'M NEVER COMING BACK.
I've never had my food messed up here and the employees are always super respectful, at the end of the day, EDIT RIGHT AFTER I POSTED THIS THEY IMMEDIATELY MESSED UP MY ORDER WITHOUT ANYBODY ELSE IN LINE THIS MORNING
Come here if you wanna wait 20 minutes for a basic cheeseburger meal even when you’re the only ones here. If you love cold French fries then this is your place to be!
Service is very slow and employees are incompetent, food is overpriced and cold, would recommend another fast food restaurant in the area such as Culver’s
The reviews are right - this is one bad McDonald's! I have had stupid slow slow service, messed up food, and I won't eat inside. But tonight I had an interaction with Yessie (SP)she was a breath of fresh air. Clone this wonderful person!!
