Nate's Stumble Inn

Showed up kind of early so got to ask questions and monopolize the waitresses time a bit. She was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question asked. I can't imagine how the food could've been any better. The ribeye was just right and the chicken was delicious. Even the dinner roll tasted better than expected. It's well worth the drive from wherever you might be.

Nice bartender cool downstairs bar/restaurant. Parking in back I think is the same level. This one may not be fair because of a regular that sat near me and stunk. Bacon cheese burger and onion rings were ok. They do save aluminum can tabs for the Ronald McDonald House like the Clubhouse lounge and the MY WAY lounge! I like that!

The fried chicken is awsome. The pork tenderloin was great as well. All the times I've ate there have been great food, service and atmosphere.

First time visiting for my hubby's birthday. We will be back for sure but won't get the Prime Melt Sandwich. That is the only reason for a 4 star on this review. He said the aujus sauce was over salty. Now for the things you MUST have when going... Chips & Queso and Fried Chicken - AMAZING! The chips for the queso were not store bought but homemade and came out freshly hot and were just out of this world. The fried chicken was hot, fresh, juicy, and just delicious. Our server was crazy busy... running bar, keno, taking orders and taking phone orders, and doing it all with a peppy smile and genuine care for everyone. Highly recommended!

Overall was a good experience what killed it for me was pretty much having to wait for chicken on "all you can eat" Thursday if that is your main course for the night should not have people waiting almost 30mins for chicken. Also the last few times I got prime rib it was just not seasoned at all and the au jus does not have enough flavor to compensate. Overall I miss Nate's diner.
