Runza Restaurant

The service at this location was great. I had a pair of older ladies who were very kind. The food was just what I ordered. The quality seems to go up and down depending on the Runza but this location seems to have it down fairly well

Awesome food and service. The manager made a special salad. The Buffalo Chicken Salad. Definitely a must have. The lettuce, spinach, feta cheese and buffalo sauce were spot on. I had the grilled chicken. That was the best salad mixture. PLEASE MAKE THIS AN EVERYDAY MENU ITEM!!!

Service was slow and food cold (chicken sandwich and fries). Have had issues before. Will not stop here again!

We stopped their frequently on our way to and from the airport. It is fast food quality food. But we've never had an issue with our order.

The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law's car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!
