McDonald's

I ordered a ice caramel coffee but thought maybe I did not mix the caramel in right since either tasted off. But did and no the coffee is bad, it tasted as if they threw in some expired creamer had to throw away ☹️.

10/11/2025 @ 11:22 am So I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with additional toppings. They ask me to wait at the stop sign because its a quarter pounder so i waited for about 5 minutes for it. After receiving it at the drive thru i noticed there was two topping missing. I go back through the drive thru and tell them what went wrong. The worker ask me if i would like a new one and i said no just add the missing toppings. He comes back to tell me they have to make a new one. So i pull over and wait again, the burger came unsually fast compared to the first one but everything looked right so i go home. Midway through the burger, i look at it and it is it not fully cooked!!!! I have stomach cramps as i write this and i have no idea if i can take legal action but i will 100% look into it.

Hello everyone so this morning I came in to the McDonalds on Washington Ave Belleville 3-2-26 at 9:57 am no one on line 3 people taking care of drive through here I am waiting and waiting I didn’t want to be rude so finally the supervisor came and took my order and asked if I’m taking out or dine in I said dine in so I go seat at a table and next thing I know she’s calling me to pick up my order I thought they supposed to bring it to your table ok so didn’t want to make a big deal and 5 mins later I see a couple came in order sat down and their order was taken to them what’s going on here are they raises or what???? Very disappointed

The young lady that helped me was nice. I dont like the way they handed me everything loose. I ordered a 6pc nugget kids meal, 2 sm fries, and a mcdouble with big mac sauce. I had to ask for a big bag to go. However, they messed up my mcdouble. It was plain and with mayonnaise. The bag was given to me by a different employee not who I asked. I wanted to tell the supervisor yet her demeanor was no better. Glad I didn't loose my cool. Tempting tho. Cmon folks, DO BETTER!

Used my app to take advantage of the points for a MAC chicken at the drive thru.. gave my reward numbers and for whatever reason the you lady said that nothing was coming up with those numbers , but yet my points were deducted. . Anyway to keep the rest short and simple the manager couldnt figure how to use the app. You would think she will because she is the manager, but she did not instead she made me get out the drive-through so I had to figure it out myself and go back on the drive-through which now was three times as long it took me 20 minutes to get back to the window.
