Pittsburgh rare. Disgusting. Make it nice or make twice. Customers will wait for good food. Cold fries. No service number. Presumably becsuse of their inadequate fry cook. Avoid this mcdonalds. Avoid

Came here tonight because I had a $50 gift card. Kid at the window was obviously busy, I started ordering and there was no response and nothing appeared on the digital screen so I waited and then asked if he was ready for me to order. He replied in a tone implying he was waiting for me to order and when I told him I was just waiting because he hasn't responded he said he was busy. I get to the window to pay he says my gift card isn't active, I hadn't checked it so I just paid with debit, I didn't hold up the line. They gave us 3 sauce cups for 40 nuggets and a 4 piece strip meal - and the food was cold. Verified when I got home that the gift card is active and still has the full $50 balance. Definitely feels like he just didnt want to redeem my gift card because of the attitude when orderi

Don't be in a rush if you stop here. Sitting in this particular drive through for 10+ minutes is a regular occurrence, even when they aren't super busy. Doesn't corporate have regulations for 75-90 seconds in the drive through, max? Writing this as I'm waiting to place my order. Sitting here for 10 minutes already.

Tried to do delivery, and called the store multiple times ahead of time because I knew the order might not come out right. And when nobody answered the phone, and the food got here, my expectations were proven right. Fries were cold and soaked with oil. The nuggets were cold and nearly hard as rocks. Shakes came out weird and weren't properly mixed right. I even tried to call after the order, they still didn't pick up. Most definitely last time ordering here, Nittany Mall's is less of a train wreck than this place.

My experience overall there has been positive. I really only get McDoubles so maybe that’s why I’ve had better luck than others.
