Reynolds Mansion

My Husband and I celebrated our 6th Anniversary in the Woodland room. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast was homemade and very good and different each day. The innkeeper is fantastic she's super nice and patient and aims for making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The mansion is great for those who appreciate the art and history of the Mansion. We will definitely be coming back again.

This was our second stay at the Reynolds Mansion and this stay exceeded our expectations! Jess and her family are gracious hosts who are so friendly and attentive to all of their guests needs. ||We came back to the mansion to celebrate our anniversary and this time booked a stay in Suite 2 in the carriage house. The layout and decor of the suite were well done while being very clean and comfortable. The bedsheets are very soft which made for such comfortable nights of sleep. Parking at this suite is very convenient, being right outside the entrance of the carriage house itself. ||The entire mansion is exquisitely decorated and maintains its historical charm. Beverages and an appetizer were not only provided upon our arrival, but Jess’s Mom delivered the appetizer to our suite herse

Our stay at the Reynolds Mansion was great! The rooms were well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The location is easy to get to and the mansion has impressive history that was neat to learn about. Jess was very responsive before and during our stay and she included some personal touches that made it even more enjoyable. We had a busy weekend in State College and this was a lovely home base. We would definitely return for another stay!

Reynolds Mansion is a true gem! Came here as a weekend getaway from DC and it felt like an oasis. Jenn made us feel so welcome and the house is absolutely magical. We spent the evening enjoying the lovely common rooms of the house and delicious home made pop tarts (best I've ever had) and exploring the history of the mansion. Each room is lovingly curated, down the smallest details. We stayed in the cherub room and everything was perfect and breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. Will absolutely return for another getaway to this establishment.

Our stay at the Reynolds Mansion was absolutely wonderful. The room was huge and beautifully appointed, with polished antique furniture and gorgeous ornate period fittings and decor. You can tell that real thought and care went into every detail. As a bonus, the entire mansion was decorated beautifully for Christmas, which made it even more magical. What really made our visit exceptional was the warm hospitality from Jess and Marcia, the mother-daughter team who own and run the property. Shortly after we settled in, they surprised us with homemade cookies. We were also lucky enough to get a tour of the other rooms that weren't yet occupied - each one is uniquely themed, and we're already planning our return visit to experience a different room!
