McDonald's

Ordered a steak egg and cheese at the drive thru. Had to pull up and wait, that's fine. Gor it, but then when I opened it down the road saw it was burned to the point of being inedible. I rotated it and tried to eat it from the other side, bit into it only to find it wasn't even the right sandwich. It was Bacon, Egg, and cheese on a bagel with the steak egg and cheese sauce. At this point I turned back around. When I went inside the girl at the register was very bland about the whole thing. Went back to get me a new sandwich. The girl who had brought the sandwich out to me the first time said from the back "oh I messed up". I got rhe sandwich and left. I should have checked it. Got down the road and again, this one was burned just as bad. I managed to eat 1/4 of it and tossed the rest.

If I could give this place a negitive I would Dakota is by far the worst manager possible does not have any customer service working in the food industry as a general manager my whole life he definitely should not be upholding the name for his company as a franchise you should be ashamed of yourself Come to mcdonalds get a meal that comes with a drink . Because the resturaunts drink machine is down thats the customers fault no accommodation the customer instead of up charge them for a lemonade that cost .5 cents and then made to wait for food for a half hour I would like to speak to someone higher than Dakota

This place is so horrible. They always get orders wrong. All the staff are horribly mannered, except for one lady with purple hair. The only reason I’m leaving this review right now is because I literally just ordered a BACON Mc crispy and just got no bacon. Pfft, this place is horrible

I am consistently happy with this location. Food is always hot and food comes quickly. No lie, best McDonald's I've been too. Also, I overheard a manager today talking to one of the young kids working, asking if he could stay late. He was very nice and I like how appreciative of his employee he was. Often at places like this I see customers and even managers treating terms at their first jobs like crap and it drive me nuts. This guy was really good and so was the kid at the window. Their interaction was sweet to watch.

Decided to use the app to order lunch. I ordered and paid. Went to McDonald's and picked curbside pick up. Message i was there. Said in working on order and will be brought out to you soon. Waiting 30minutes people came and went My order kept saying it will be ready soon. Finally went in and my food was sitting in the pick up thing. I was going to talk to someone and they were all in the back. Took my cold food and left
