McDonald's

Well the food is all the same when you go to McDonald's besides it looks like the burgers are shrinking more and more. Went through drive through had to pull up and wait for food they were out of fries so sat for about 10 min waiting for fries then the server forgot to put my sauce in the bag so they had to go back in and retrieve that. But hey the fries were fresh...

Drove up to get my my mobile order and the person over the intercom couldn’t find the order and told me I would need to reorder. I told him I already paid for it. He proceeded to raise his voice and told me there was nothing he could do. I decided to drive to the window where they found my Order. My large drink was 3/4 full when they handed it to me in the drive thru. I asked for them to fill it up and the girl said flat out “no”. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I got home and the large fries were only half full. The amount of a small fry. Worst McDonalds ever. I now know why I never go. I’m sticking with In-N-Out. And chik fil a . Their staff is always helpful and pleasant and I actually get what I order.

It's McDonald's, not a 5-star restaurant. But being what it is, this is one of the better locations. Prices aren't as high as other local locations (surprisingly). Service was quick and friendly. Food was given to me hot and accurate (I've always got a customization, and they don't miss it). It is better than other local McDonald's.

Always a lot of teenagers at this location. It was nice to see a Phoenix PD officer at this location reminding kids to be respectful and not loiter. Makes it a more pleasant experience for families with young children. Staff was friendly, and food was typical McDonald's.

5 star for today's visit. 4 star overall average. The 1 star reduction is due to order accuracy. About 20% of time they get it wrong.
