3/5/2026 They made my food wrong today. Again. I'm happy I received the correct food after going back. I just did not appreciate the lady's smirk on her face and untrustworthy attitude when I told her. Younger employee with a bright yellow thin short sleeve shirt. Steak piece was inedible and tasted like they dipped it in the grease trap under the grill. 12/10/25 I have no idea why I even come here. 11/13/25 employee grabbed food as an example to practice training another employee in front of me without saying anything ab what was going on initially. A poor training method called "show me" was applied to this situation by the trainer and I apologized to the trainee for the trainer treating them that way. Trainer proceeded to tell me "it's ok." We just had the best experience here. I came with a large group that included 11 children and I think it was the manager (very nice lady) came to check on us multiple times. She was very gracious and even got us a few freebies to help with the kids! We Will be coming back!! I Haven’t had such great service like this in years!

I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder meal and got one cooked Pattie and one raw Pattie. I know it’s hard to believe so I have a picture I’m adding. I’m not sure what kinda town this is but I have never experienced that and I’m always traveling to many different states. I just ordered this today 8/22/2025 about 3:15pm through DoorDash.

Just leave for the next Burger King over. For the atmosphere, it's comfortable seating casual enough for kids, but it's one of those McDonald's that has converted to serve sad millennials that yearn for nostalgic tastes of beef tallow fried French fries and coffee so hot it's worth suing the franchise and winning. The service here was terrible. The kiosks were out of order, not taking orders or payments, but there was no one taking orders at the counter. The drive through is definitely the priority at this place, no need to stop inside. I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and they gave me 3 HAMBURGER PATTIES inside my CHICKEN NUGGET BOX!!!! And then had the nerve to put my barbecue sauce in my box with the patties.
