Attention management. For weeks your biscuits have been looking flat and disgusting. What is going on at the store? I've been ordering their consistently for a couple years but recently the biscuits have been abysmal. They are flat like chips. Please fix or I'm going to stop ordering.

What did my order for forty five minutes and did not receive it. Manager on shift caitlin was extremely rude to one of the employees that was in the window and was talking down on her then was to me. I left Because the atmosphere was not suitable. Will not come back to this establishment. I will travel the extra fifteen just to avoid this place.

First of all let me start off by saying how extremely disappointed I am. I went to McDonalds today to pick up an order from DoorDash and decided I was hungry also so I got a basket of fries to snack on which was the rest of my money when I got in the car to eat one the fries were cold and you could taste the oil hasn’t been changed in a minute so I went back after I dropped off that order and told them it was cold first of all it took them like 20 mins to even knowledge my existence and when they did she told me she would make me a fresh one so I was happy. Got to the car and these fries were so salty that I couldn’t even eat them. I’m genuinely so upset and spent my last little bit of hard work money on that. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Wednesday night came into store and was greeted by a extremely rude gentlemen in store. And when I want to go tell the manager about it she just completely walked off and didn't acknowledge it. Then the same exact manager proceeded to get hateful with one of the workers that was trying to do their job. I understand that working at a restaurant isn't exactly easy work but never have I ever seen this level of disrespect and professionalism. Management it's supposed to be leading not talking down to their workers. talked to a different manager on shift. Donna was extremely apologetic about the commotion that was caused and reassured me that everything was going to be corrected.
