McConnell's Fine Ice Creams - SLO

Wonderful selection of unique and delicious flavors as long as you can eat dairy. Very mediocre non-dairy selection. I tried two flavors, vanilla and cookies and cream. Both were gummy and mediocre. I passed.

Great quality ice cream made with fresh ingredients. McConnell’s is my favorite place to get strawberry ice cream. Their single scoop serving size is the perfect size to satisfy any major sweet tooth.

Extremely friendly staff, they explained the different scoop options to us and walked us all the way through the line. Eloi is an awesome server and guided us through the menu, plus the ice cream tasted delicious! It was totally awesome. Highly recommend.

Very clean and inviting atmosphere with a wide variety of flavors. Sample before you buy to make sure you like the selected flavor is a good practice. I enjoyed the see candy infused ice cream.

Best ice cream on the Central Coast! Seriously, if you haven't tried McConnell's, run, don't walk, over there for the best ice cream of your life. Amazing flavors, like Earl Grey tea and cookies, salted caramel, 3x chocolate, Eureka lemon and marionberry, and Brazilian coffee, just for starters. Imaginative selection of dairy-free flavors and sorbets, too. Best of all, it's made with milk from happy Cal Poly cows!
