McAlister's Deli

I went to the drive through to pick up a salad. After I got back to work I noticed so many pieces were pink and bad. I went back to McAllisters and told them I wanted a refund. They said they were going to get the manager and they never came out but said I would have a refund In a couple of days and would not give me a refund receipt. They then said if my refund isn’t on my card in few days to come back. This is unacceptable and I have at least 5 pieces of lettuce like this and I barely even got into the salad. Now I don’t have a lunch today because it took me my whole break to handle this.

Love this location! Maudy is the perfect example of an outstanding employee! She is ALWAYS smiling and ALWAYS super friendly! The food here is exceptionally fresh and very good!

We went there on free tea day so all of the young people were dressed up in colorful outfits and everything was decorated. I had chicken with a wonderful house sauce and my companions chose sandwiches and a side: the sandwiches are cut into little triangles and the food is super fresh and great. The people are all so happy and friendly and like they were having fun while doing a perfect job

What they present on the menu versus what you actually get should be grounds for a false advertisement law suit.

If you don't have any fresh avocado, don't put the nasty rotten stuff on my salad, PLEASE! I ordered a chef's salad with no croutons and no tomatoes (I'm allergic to both), and asked to add avocado and extra cucumbers. A co-worker picked up the order for me, so I couldn't just hand it back, I'm stuck with it for today. They didn't make the salad fresh and they missed a couple tomatoes they were picking off that I found before I started eating, thankfully. The amount of cucumber seems to be a normal amount instead of extra like I asked. Worst of all, the avocado I paid an extra dollar for was DISGUSTING!
