McAlister's Deli

First visit: It was empty when we arrived...but the cashier taking my order could not even shut off the video she was watching to assist with my order. The food came fast, which was Caesar salad with lemonade and peach flavoring that floats around the lemonade without mixing and eventually sinks to the bottom of the cup. I love trying new places to eat, but poor customer service is sad 😔

The sandwich was great. The mac n Cheese is over cooked. The cheese is separating and turning per burnt brown. The noodles are so soft they devolve, no chewing required.

First time dining at McAlister's deli. Loved it! The sandwiches and soup were goods and the kids enjoyed their kids meal quite a bit.

tldr: terrible service, mediocre food, high cost It was our first, and last, time buying food from here. There were no other customers in the restaurant, or in the drive-thru, and the woman behind the counter couldn't have tried harder to ignore us. We greeted her to get her attention and informed her that it was our first time here. She was unimpressed and had nothing to say with her expressionless look. We got a sandwich, a kids meal, two sides, a sweet tea, and a large spud. The total was $45. Ridiculous. Quality was not very good, either. Our kids sandwich was microwaved and the large spud had the thinnest layer of meat cheese on it. We won't be going back and we don't recommend you waste your money or time here.

Clubhouse sandwich was very good. Lots of fresh ingredients in the salad. We also had the Chicken Pesto sandwich - we would give it a B+. The men's bathroom needed some attention.
