Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings

This was our first time here. The pizza was really good. I recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area.

It was a quiet Saturday night when we visited. My girlfriend really wanted Mazzios, a comfort food from back home for her in Tulsa, and it was only a 35 minute drive, so we went over the river to eat there. It was everything she was expecting, and the food was amazing. My 8 year old son even loved it and the salad bar! Was really fresh, and they had the hockey game on in the back of the dining room. I had only tried the calzones prior to eating here, and the pizza was on point! We will definitely come back again, and I highly recommend for some awesome pizza!

The restaurant is spacious with lots of windows. The pizza is fresh and prepared quickly. The best part about the restaurant is the well managed salad bar. The new cauliflower pizza dough is fantastic. I highly recommend this location.

This used to be a family spot for us. We have noticed a huge drop in customer service. They had put our food as a carry out when we were clearly dining in. We finally asked where the food was. They offered to remake it. We took them up on the offer. Everyone makes mistakes. They in fact did not remake the food. Our food was warmed up and soggy. My husband’s sandwich was clearly reheated as it had evidence that it was wrapped up prior to them bringing it to us. There was cheese all around the outside of the sandwich showing it clearly came right out of the package from the to go order. They also need a lesson on bussing tables. Expecting a tip when they can’t even clear a table from salad bowls, etc. very disappointed. We used to love this place. Last few visits have left us disappointed. D

This place is awesome! We drive to Highland from Fairview Heights to have the salad/pizza buffet that they have on weekdays at lunch only. No complaints whatsoever!
