That was pure grease. $48 for two people to eat grease. No flavor to the food, but grease. I could have licked a grease vat and got the same meal. Look at the photos. The grease is glistening. Even on the fries. It’s pooled on the plate.

I ordered shrimp and whitefish. The shrimp was cooked well and was good. The hush puppies and side dish OK. However, the whitefish was over cooked and the color of meat was medium gray, not white that l normally see at other seafood places. I did not eat the fish. I had the same experience once before at that establishment. The waitress was nice and attentive. In the future, I will be going elsewhere whenever l have a craving for seafood.

The French fries looked like, and tasted like they went next door to McDonald’s and got the ones they cooked the day before and put them on my tray. They were cold and the consistency of hard rubber. Even the dogs wouldn’t eat them. Very disappointed because the food is usually good

Pros: what food we did receive was good. Portions plentiful. Most was hot and fresh, less one sweet potato. Cons: None of us got our hushpuppies or salads initially (which in my opinion my salad shouldnt come with my hot food, it should come before). Asked the waitress and still missing a salad and all of us still missing hushpuppies. Cold sweet potato as previously mentioned. Waitress was polite, but needs work in making sure all items are there. But the topper for me was the service charge for using my debit card. 1. Thats a cost of business and shouldn't be passed to the consumer. Raise your prices .50 instead. 2. Noone mentioned the service fee. This is my first and last time here the food has no taste at all the blooming onion was tasteless and not cooked all the way the fried shrimp no seasoning what so ever the need some help in the kitchen cooking cause everything we tried was tasteless the fries taste like they were cooked yesterday the ketchup was brown and tasted sour the service was okay but for the price of the food they should put a little more love in cooking 😂 I wish y’all would season the food it would be so much better
