Maximo's Cafe

Maximos Cafe was a great find. I ordered a chai latte and the Maximo's Benedict croissant—both were delicious! The presentation was impressive, and the flavors absolutely delivered. Practically licked my plate clean! The space is comfortable with plenty of room to sit and enjoy your time, whether you’re working quietly, meeting someone, or catching up with others. The décor is inviting without feeling overdone. As a local Realtor, I’m always paying attention to the kinds of places that make a town feel more livable and connected, and this café is exactly that. With excellent menu options at very reasonable prices, it’s the kind of spot that adds real value to the Rockaway community. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful , peaceful place. We came in just before valentine decor was done and it was a great experience. Pleasant staff who are attentive, patient, and kind regardless of your time there you get to enjoy the atmosphere without any interruptions or pressure to leave. The food fair priced and delicious along with a pleasant appearance.

How have we never come across this gem before! The cafe is decorated for Christmas and it is SO BEAUTIFUL and inviting. There are so many delicious choices, making it hard to choose! We can't wait to come back. The service is impeccable and the food and coffee are delicious!

Had the cappuccino with the chicken salad sandwich (asked for it on a croissant). Chicken salad was simple, but good. Welcoming atmosphere with good service.

The cafe has a wonderful ambiance. Beautiful holiday decor. Coffee was delicious. Didn't order food but they have scrumptious looking treats and ppl at the neighboring table kept saying " it's so good"!
