Maxey Smokehouse

No atmosphere it's a food truck but she takes so much pride in her food and I have never eaten at any BBQ place where literally every single dish was on point. The green beans had good taste but I'm a texture person so I couldn't handle those, but that's on me not her. Coleslaw, potato salad, brisket, turkey (not even big on turkey), BBQ sauce (I haven't found a single BBQ sauce that I like since moving here) just perfection. The ribs just dissolved in your mouth too and im not normally big on ribs. She catered our stores lunch and it was worth every penny

I ordered on DoorDash tonight! I got the 2 meat potato, potato salad and the mac n cheese. It was all delish! The ribs were my fav so next time I will go for a rack. So much food for $30, I dig that! Thank you!

Maxey’s Smokehouse is hands down a must-visit! I had the two-meat potato, and it was absolutely incredible. The sausage was bursting with flavor, and the brisket was cooked well—tender, smoky, and downright delicious. The potato itself was massive, generously loaded with all the fixings. It’s so big I’m already looking forward to enjoying the leftovers for the next few days! On top of the amazing food, Gail is such a gem. You can tell she pours her heart into this place, and it makes the experience all the more special. If you’re looking for great barbecue and even better hospitality, Maxey’s Smokehouse is where it’s at! I cannot wait until next time to try the smoked Mac and Cheese and her desserts!

Absolutely fantastic BBQ. The sausage was amazing, and the beans were as savory as I’ve ever had, with generous amounts of (I assume) pork belly added in. Very hefty amounts of food; my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how much we received! Will definitely be back often!
