Maurice M. Pine Free Public Library

Great library with a lot of friendly librarians. I love being able to sit outside and use the WiFi while my children are in their programs. My kids love the children's room! They offer fantastic classes and they are always doing something for the community like the Haunted Halloween. Last year's was so much fun I'm looking forward to this one. Kudos to them.

Great library for kids! Outside there are 3 planters labeled "Taste", "Smell" & "Touch" with herbs that you can taste & smell & the plants that feel interesting. Inside is a huge globe that spins slowly, wooden train tracks with wooden trains, puzzles & legos. The also have a reading nook/house made from books large enough for little ones to go into. The librarians were warm & welcoming. 'Can't wait to return!

Really nice history section, particularly ancient history. I’m a history buff. They have history books authored by the famous science fiction author Isaac Asimov and I didn’t know he authored history books, which are excellent especially for beginners. The library is very homey and comfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had a fever all weekend and was too ill to use my phone, so I made the responsible decision to skip my library appointment to avoid spreading anything while contagious. I had an appointment with Adele and was only able to message her later in the evening once my fever had subsided. When I did reach out, Adele’s response was notably frustrated and dismissive. She seemed upset that I hadn't attended the appointment, claiming that she went completely out of her way for me despite the fact that she herself mentioned she would already be at the library for a different event that day. As someone who works in healthcare, I’ve always extended understanding to patients who miss appointments, knowing that life circumstances can change. Adele

This library is one of the best I've ever seen. They have English classes for those who need. Regular readings for kids, different holidays events, a lot of movies as well as books to get. I love how they do Halloween party every year - much fun for kids!
