Biby's Empanadas & Pizza

Biby’s is such a gem! The pizzas are incredible — super fresh, loaded with toppings, and really unique compared to the usual spots. The ham, egg, and olive pizza was amazing and the onion/olive pie was just as good. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere has that authentic, home-style vibe that makes you want to come back often. Definitely one of the best local spots for both empanadas and pizza — highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING food! I’ve eating here multiple times now and each dish is more delicious than the last. Today I ordered the chicken parm sub on their house baked fresh bread and it blew me away! The empanadas are out of this world too. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow, this place is an absolute hidden gem. Apparently they’ve been around for 3 years and I just discovered them today. The empanadas are the absolute best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to some pretty amazing off the map spots in Jersey City and elsewhere. If you haven’t tried it yet, please do. This place just jumped to the top of our take out options. I need to add to this review. We catered our Easter dinner with Biby’s because we were coming back from vacation and wouldn’t have time to cook ourselves. We had the pork loin, eggplant rollatini, chicken, empanadas and two different salads. The pork loin was incredible, and everything else was delicious as well. Best pizza, empanadas, chicken wings, and food in general in the Fair Lawn / Bergen County area. Family owned, great hospitality. 10/10

Bibi's is one of THE best locally/family owned Pizzerias in town. The empanadas are always on point, my favorite is the Cheese. The pizza(square specfically) is also super good! The cheese to sauce ratio is spot on. The vodka pasta is something you cannot pass up on, if you go to Bibis you have to try.
