Matsui Japanese Sushi & Ramen

I was so impressed by the Matsui Ramen. If you are hungry and want to be completely satiated this is it. It has pork, beef bugogi, and chicken breast with tons of noodles. The noodles are piping hot and the broth is flavorful. I love ramen so much and I’m the type that leaves no noodle or broth behind but I was not able to finish this one. It was delicious just too much for my preference. The chicken karaage was juicy and light. I had the Godzilla specialty sushi which was okay. There’s a sweetness in that particular sushi roll and there’s even a bit of sweetness in their broth. Makes it all to be a very interesting palette. Loved the atmosphere and very attentive service. Will definitely be back to try the miso ramen.

I love coming here for their sushi and ramen. Their sushi rolls and nigiri are made in a generous size and taste really fresh. I love their spicy miso ramen, the noodles are chewy, the broth is flavorful and the pork is delicious. However, the bento box was a little disappointing. The rice wasn’t really warm and the teriyaki chicken was really dry and didn’t look very fresh. The sauce didn’t taste great either. Overall, I really like this place and come here quite often, but would skip the bentos in the future and stick with sushi & ramen.

This was my first time at Matsui and I was blown away! The sushi is incredibly fresh and tasty—you can really tell the quality is top-tier. On top of that, the service was excellent and the restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. Definitely a 5-star experience, I’ll be back!

The environment is wonderfully calm, making it the perfect spot to just enjoy your food without distractions. Their sushi is absolutely fantastic - not only does it taste incredible, but the presentation is also beautiful, showing real attention to detail. On top of all that, the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place!
