MASH eatery

I orederd the fried chicken and chickpeas. I like it because it isn't heavily breaded and not greasy. The chickpeas were soft and flavorful with its natural gravy. The chicken is not a steroided chicken. It's normal size, like it should be. The taste was great. They have daily deals worth checking out. Dhall of DC/DMV

Saw this spot and thought I would give it a try since it had a 4 star rating. I wish I had saved my money. The food was horrible. The seafood salad was more like seafood soup. It was so wet and tasted like mustard and Old bay. The mac&cheese was mushy, green beans tasted like they were straight out of the can with no seasoning, the fish lacked seasoning and the chicken was hard and dried out. Spend over $40 only for everything to be trashed. The biscuit was the best part of the meal. Smh

Delicious food. They made Medium Eggs right. My wife and I were pleased. Food was great. My wife said she is not coming back. The first impression got her. If it wasn't for her, I would have gave this place a 5.

They have a system that asks you to TIP the cashier although you’re not being waited on as an official sit down restaurant would…. Instead they monitor if you don’t tip and then they make you WAIT LONGER IF U DONT…. The young lady with earrings all up and down her earlobe at the front register will snap with an attitude if you ask a question about how long the food takes because they want to prioritize, whoever gives them a tip rather than giving great customer service for the business itself, FAIL. just avoid this place and keep your hard earned money

I stopped pass Mash Eatery the other morning, and I ordered a Waffle and Salmon Cakes. The waffle was ok; I've had better. The Salmon Cakes was unfortunately absolutely awful. The Salmon Cake had a liquid mushy consistency,full of oil and had the taste of cooking oil. Because I ate my food when I got to work. I was not able to return to get my money back, I threw them in the trash. Do not get the Salmon Cakes from here.
