Maryland in a CAN Mobile Kitchen

Crispy fish with tasty seasoning. The fish sandwich was filling and had a great crunch to it. I topped it with some of the coleslaw, which is also great (had a great balance of crunch and tang). The french fries are tasty as well, and I like how they don't fill your container up with mostly fries, as the sandwich was the bulk of the meal. I am looking forward to trying the other menu items!

Maryland in a Can was an oasis for us because we were so hungry and could not find anything open while we were on the road. The people who work there were very nice and patient with us because we had never been and they happily explained everything on the menu to us. The food was made fresh to order. The flavor of the shrimp was delicious but I should have just gotten a shrimp basket because the bread was way too much. My husband felt the same about the fish sandwich. If you like thick fluffy bread then the sandwiches are the way to go. We would definitely stop again if we were in the area to grab something to eat but be prepared to take it home or eat in your car if you're on the road.

Maryland in a Can recently catered my wedding in North East, MD. Throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding, Elvis and his team expertly walked us through menu details, and encouraged us to use the full range of his culinary ability, not just what “The Can” offered on a regular menu (which is DELICIOUS). Elvis touched base with me several times in the few weeks before the wedding to see if there was anything else he could do for us to make the day go even more smoothly. We had our bartenders fall through at nearly the last minute, but Elvis took care of us just as he had offered he would.
