Stopped here for a quick lunch while driving from Islamorada to Marathon and it was such a great find. This food truck is actually right on the water, which makes it an even better stop. I ordered the minuta sandwich, a classic Cuban-style fish sandwich made with thin, crispy fried fresh fish, served on Cuban bread with lettuce, tomato, and sauce. The fish was extremely fresh and full of flavor. No need to deal with long lines, parking stress, or busy restaurants. They also offer Cuban favorites like Cuban pizza, papa rellena, batidos, croquetas, and more. Highly recommend this waterfront food truck in the Florida Keys.

Great pizza! It’s the perfect amount of cheese and nicely toasted. We ordered multiple pizzas late in the day and they were ready in 10min. We just wanted cheese but there are lots of different options. Highly recommended.

Quaint and super chill atmosphere. The service was amazing. The pizza was the best I’ve had in a long while. Crispy edges, great cheese, crust, and sauce ratio. Plus, I loved the twist on the on the sauce. So glad we stopped!

Wonderful atmosphere, a cool, friendly, and very helpful chef. He really cared and put his heart into what he does. We highly recommend the pizzas — they are definitely worth it!
