Marketplace Café at Nordstrom

Pretty decent! Like a regular restaurant. Love how they bring mint chocolate sticks everyone has to love them. My daughter says the kids chicken tenders are amazing! Especially the ranch. The atmosphere is okay nothing fancy. We had Nyelle P for our waitress very kind good experience!

I paid $14 for a kids buttered noodles and this is how much I got. We ordered 1 kids pasta to go because we had two small children with us in a stroller. When the kids got the food we were told to leave because our 1 and 2 year old weren’t able to eat their “to go food” in the restaurant. (Even tho they he place was completely empty.) I guess it’s okay to discriminate against a family with kids?

I love this place! Awesome staff and great food. Donna was the highlight of my day! I really appreciated her awesome service. Looking forward to heading back

Good tasting good, good prices…Nordstrom restaurants always deliver a good experience. Cranberry Turkey is the go to at Marketplace and Bistro locations.

After years of loving the Nordstrom Cafe in Norfolk, visiting this location has been a shocking disappointment. First of all, the menu is very limited and unappealing. It's like going to a hospital cafeteria that is out of everything you want. The location is small, run down, and understaffed. They ask for the tip when you order. How can you tip for service you haven't even had? Best not to tip at all because the service here has been awful every time we've been there. Slow and rude waiters are apparently acceptable to the management here. Food is, eventually, just plopped down carelessly on your table. Glasses and silverware have been dirty. We've never enjoyed anything we have eaten here. Just keep walking.
