Customer Reviews
The bakery treats are outstanding. I had coffee. That's all I ever drink. But it was luke warm. Also there's no microwave to warm my coffee up.
We were looking for road trip donut when we spotted this place on Google Map and we never say no to French pastry. The cafe is super cute - felt like we had wandered into an Alice in Wonderland tea party. The location is a bit tricky as it was tucked into a flea market area and we drove past it at first and was doubtful even when we turned into the market area. A more prominent sign will be super helpful. So many delicious option and we decided on a chocolate almond croissant to go. We enjoyed it and imagined it would be even better if it’s warmed up. And perfect if enjoyed with coffee in that lovely setting.
This is a hard one to review and I want to be fair because the people are very nice. There are 5 items there that I love. The chocolate croissants, the berry tartlets, the chocolate chip cookies, the Kringle (although it has too much icing) and flourless chocolate cake are divine. I don't like cheese mixed in my pastries like cheese Danish and cheese streudal, but if that's your thing you'll be in heaven because there are many items there filled with cheese. If you're lucky they're open 4 days a week but the week of Thanksgiving which I would have thought would be a big week for a bakery they closed and the week after they're also closed for winter break. Winter hasn't even officially started yet and that's frustrating. We used to have 3 or 4 good places to buy baked goods in town and
This place is so cute! So many little details and the atmosphere is great. The music flows with the theme. The chocolate fudge and cookie we tried were phenomenal. The different seating area options were nice. The little knick knacks to shop through or lotions and perfumes were an added nice touch. The card games and dominos and chess options on the different tables were a really thoughtful idea to throw in too. I was impressed.
Cute patisserie shop with a few coffee choices. We tried the Sinammon roll, almond croissant, raspberry blackberry cheese Vienna, and Berlinger. Also had a cappuccino. The pastries were very good. Probably better slightly warmed. The cappuccino was VERY strong and I prefer sweet flavored coffees. I would definitely go back for the Sinammon roll and almond croissant!
