CULTURE - Sourdough Pizza, Small Plates + Aperitivo Bar

Great pizza and great drinks! I’ve dined here twice, once in the main dining room and most recently in the bar area. I really loved the bar section of the restaurant. It’s a great vibe with cozy lounge seating as well as regular bar seating. On our last visit we ordered what I believe was the “Capiccio” pizza, something with a C (totally forgot the name) and it was SO good, had a nice spicy kick. Be sure to ask for their ranch too for dipping, it’s superior ranch. We also shared a Caesar salad which was delicious. The cocktails were great as well. I had a spritz that was refreshing and tasty. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back! 😋

Beautiful atmosphere, loved our evening. Welcomed with a sweet card & birthday champagne. Bread service amazing, cheese plate divine, hot honey pizza was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time, get the ranch! The mocktail & the espresso martini were outstanding!! Manager was incredible. Checked on us, ran, expo’d & delivered food. Everything was incredibly timely and well executed. Being in the fine dining food industry myself, I was blown away. Matthew our server was so accommodating and answered all my questions and was so kind overall. I will be back often! Thank you for such a nice evening of great service and amazing food.

We’ve been out to Culture once a week pretty much since they opened & we couldn’t be more pleased with all aspects of our experiences! Thoughtful, pretty & balanced food that is somehow upscale but approachable. Sophisticated flavors are executed with seasonal, local ingredients without being too stuffy or trendy: Solid Burger, Actually Fresh Pasta, Exceptional Cocktails, Really Good Chicken Liver Pate. Visiting town? Culture has quickly and effortlessly become one of the only restaurants in Franklin our family would recommend wholeheartedly. Did we mention the folks that run the place are truly outstanding? Welcoming feel, cozy & comfortable vibes and a place that our community is proud to call its own.

Having visited several times since opening and trying a variety of dishes and beverages, I feel confident saying this is Franklin’s best restaurant, full stop. Let’s jump in: The double fried chicken wings are incredible, the smoked pork belly melts in your mouth, bread service is so very tasty, the double smashburger, my lord, what a burger! The pizzas are delicious with a variety of options and well balanced with ingredients…not too light, not too heavy, just right! These are always a great option for sharing at the table. As for drinks, the menu is plentiful and the palette is superb.
