Mario's Italian Grill

This is an amazing place. The food was delicious, and my family and I really enjoyed it. We will definitely return when we are in this city again.

Stopped in here after a failed attempt at another so called pizza joint. We were kindly greeted and sat down. We ordered are drinks and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks were good and marinara sauce was good. We then ordered a large half pepperoni-half cheese. Absolutely delicious and reminded me of NY/LI pizza. We also had to get another side of the great marinara sauce and were giving some fresh grated parmigiana cheese. Thanks! 🤌🏼

The food was absolutely delicious, we enjoyed every bite! It was a great to find that the entire menu was halal, which made it even more enjoyable and inclusive. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the variety of dishes offered something for every taste. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It’s clear they take pride in both the food and the service. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, so good that I wish I could give it 6 stars!

We absolutely love Mario’s Italian Grill! We’ve both dined in and ordered takeout multiple times, and it’s been a perfect experience every single time. The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes us feel welcome. The calzones are hands down our favorite in all of Charleston — perfectly cooked, generously filled, and consistently delicious. Whether you’re eating in or grabbing takeout, you really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!
