Marina Village Restaurant

We found this place when picking up my son from csumb. I got their Loco Moco and it is fabulous! A must try if youre in town!! You can add spam if you want but comes w beef patty, egg, gravy, onion & rice. Seasoned so well! Thank you!!

Lived in Marina for many years decided to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, the prices are expensive for the very tiny portions you get. I even paid extra for extra cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich and all I got was thin little pieces of cheese that didn’t cover the bread. I ended up spending $140 for myself and my family to eat. (4 ppl). No one liked their food. Their drinks were horrible. The waitress didn’t know any of our questions she constantly had to go and ask another person before letting us know the answer. Then one of us was served the wrong food. We will never do there again.

This is our new favorite out of town diner. It definitely has a cozy feeling. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. I had the steak dinner. My husband had the SOS. That was delicious too.

Got there at 7:40 pm, two tables were occupied, there was nobody at the counter so I waited for a few minutes for the waitress to show up and when she did she told me they were getting ready to close, the sign on the door says they close at 8:30, the neon “open” sign was flashing outside. I even took a picture of the hours. Obviously didn’t get to taste the food but definitely won’t be coming back.

I always eat here when I'm in Marina. They have plenty of loyal locals. Consider this more of a traditional Diner.
