Marie's Diner

Marie’s is a La Plata classic! The waffles were amazing, the biscuit was perfect, and of course I had to finish with a cranberry mimosa. The atmosphere is fun, the service is quick once you’re seated, and it’s very affordable. It does get packed, but you can join the waitlist online and see how long the wait will be & highly recommend doing that. Great spot for a casual breakfast or brunch that never disappoints.

All locals know that breakfast is the top choice here. But they are struggling to make lunch work. Look at this paper thin chicken breast sandwich! I’ve never had one so thin before. The roll had more volume than the protein. The fries were good but also low in volume. The booth we sat in was falling apart and every time the people behind me adjusted sitting I was bouncing. For the record I will go back but only for breakfast.

First timers here. The food portions will bring me back for sure. However, both meals lacked seasoning. It didn't have any signature dish to them. The place was jammed packed. So with that being said why haven't the booths been replaced? They're uncomfortable!

I visited Marie's Diner in 2017 with my granddaughter, and I have been a fan of Marie's ever since! I took both my girlfriends there, Wednesday 18, 2026 and again on Saturday 21st 2026!! Best Food for the money! Enjoyed every bite and ordered take out too! Can't wait to go back again☺️

Small town diner, big time meals! We finally ventured here and are so mad at ourselves for taking so long to make it... The options...oh the options are many. The servings are plentiful and delicious and the kitchen cranks out the food like a machine! The staff is so amazingly friendly. It's no wonder there is always a line of people waiting to get in! We will certainly be back...and waiting with everyone else!
