Marco's Pizza

Good luck calling this place. Your met with uhhhhhh long pauses and just all around air heads. Ordered a pizza they didn't deliver and they couldn't figure out how to refund me. They only offered to make me a new one 3 days later!

We ordered pizza a short time before Marco's closing time. They delivered to our hotel room in 20 minutes. They were great! Some places won't take orders close to closing time, much less a delivery order. Even the delivery man was kind and wished us safe travels on our trip! The pizza was delicious and loaded with toppings! I highly recommend this place!

When I called the guy who answered was rude and disrespectful from the bat and very impatient. Then he proceeded to hang up the phone.

Called in a order for delivery specifically asked if they could deliver to me after the website said they couldn’t, they assured me yes no problem. Waited 50 minutes then they finally call and say they can’t because we are out of range for them. Then want me to pick it up for a $5 discount. Now I have to wait 4 days for my money to be refunded. I’m sure the guy who called me was so busy he couldn’t bring it himself. So much for customer service
