Marco's Pizza

It’s been awhile since I’ve written a review because I’ve been so busy with my small business (Bree Essentials) and have a list to write. I had to write this one! I told my husband he’ll have to figure out dinner for us because I wasn’t cooking and he didn’t want leftover he said order a pizza. We’ve ordered from many places here in Mebane and quality and service has dropped but cost rising. Ordered online and the website was simple to place an order for delivery. I ordered a calzone, grill chicken pizza, plain wings and cinna squares. Total $63.38 with delivery fee plus tip. Order arrived promptly, fresh, correct and OMG DELICIOUS! Always had great service. Til i got served chicken nuggets masquerading as boneless wings and was subsequently called a liar. Heres pix of what i recieved. Several look specifically like dino nuggets

Make sure yall checking yall receipts and bank transactions cause my card was charged an amount different from my receipt and no I didn’t add on a tip only thing I can think of is they added they own tip. But I will b disputing my charges. Then didn’t even have my pizza made rite the audacity.

I ordered delivery on 11/4/23. Pizza was very flavorful, albeit a bit greasy. Same goes for the cheesy bread. I attribute that to the type of cheese being used. Both the pizza and the cheesy bread were very good though. The only complaint I would have, and it’s not really a complaint, but more of a personal preference, is that the greasiness is pretty high (when it soaks through the bottom of the boxes and no box liner on the pizza), and although I like the caramelized edges of the pan baked breads, they do have a life span especially if they are not scrubbed out often or at all. I personally don’t care for all the burnt crispy pieces that collect on the bottom from previous bakes. The edges, yes, but not on the bottom. It’s my pizza sat there for 20 minutes getting cold after I asked them if it was mine and the blonde kid in the NASA hoodie he said it was not even though it had my name on it. I sat there for 30 minutes before I finally told them that I was pretty sure it was mine and the lady gave it to me as she was just getting back from a delivery. Absolutely terrible service. I hope that kid gets fired
