Marco's Pizza

My family and I are from DC. We are here to see the Spiderman exhibit in Chicago for our son birthday. We are staying the weekend here and we were looking for something to eat and we found this place. Our family love pizza and this pizza here was great and tasty. The customer service was great. The staff made the food we ordered fast and efficiently. We appreciate you all for a great experience.

I’ve given a few chances already. This time I’m just done. I asked for a calzone. Not only did they add mushrooms when I clearly asked for NO MUSHROOMS, they forgot to give the pizza sauce for it. And their sub is basically bread smfh. Will never be back.

These guys are a bit silly. First and foremost, if you ask them if they have given the customer their dips (if they are inside the pizza boxes), they tell you that you can go ahead and look inside of the pizza boxes to see if they're there. They want the driver to do it rather than them checking themselves before giving it to you. Listen, we drivers are not supposed to be opening up the boxes or bags to look at the food to make sure everything is there. That is the restaurant's responsibility. Second, they want a delivery driver to show them their phone to demonstrate the confirmation but they only glance at it for like one split second and you know they didn't see anything and they probably don't even know what to look for. Bought a Philly pizza with triple meat and some slices didn’t even have meat on them. That is not 3X’s meat.

I was anxious to try this pizza. You know it's bad when they 'anticipation' is FARRRR better than the actual thing...in this case, the pizza. Think of their crust as like an old man without his blue pills...EXTREMELY limp!😬 You could call this 'Little Ceasars' 2'. You could judge the business by the parking lot on a weekend evening...DESOLATE!
