Marco's Pizza

Marco's Pizza is definitely my go to pizza chain. I haven't had a problem at this particular location , and the customer service and support is always on point. Thank you for the delicious food , keep bringing smiles to the community.

In the past, you would feel so welcome and be greeted with real respect. The new crew of employees never made Marco’s Pizza feel the same as it used to. The only original people I still see there are 3 of the original managers and a few drivers. There were some employees you just knew would be hard to replace because of how wonderful they were. When I go to other restaurants with younger employees, a lot of the time there’s no respect or manners. So when I started seeing younger employees treat me with genuine respect, I realized my opinions about them were wrong. There was a young Hispanic lady who worked there, she had such a kind soul and was always so nice to me. Then there was a young light-skinned man who worked both inside and as a driver. James and I love this pizza 🍕! It's our favorite weekly craving. It's low cost and great tasting. The service is always top notch. 👌

The staff are great but the ingredients (cheese, dough and sauce) they have to work with are low quality. The regular and garden pizza lacked any flavor whatsoever and I asked for well done and it came out undercooked. The "grilled" chicken in my salad was still partially frozen and also lacked seasoning. For the price they charge, I would recommend one of the better pizza shops in downtown Clermont. Really disappointed in their pizza here.

Chris is most amazing. I was diagnosed with Leukemia last year. I always get a salad from here. It's a special way I ask for it to be prepared. He always remembers me and knows exactly how to prepare this salad for me. He treats me with such compassion. He is always concerned about me. He makes me feel more like family than just a customer. He always ask about my well-being. He goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service and operates in a spirit of excellence.
