They are the best! This is definitely our families new spot! We had rice balls, dumplings, pork belly rice bowl and pork Ramen. Their rice balls were so good! The Ramen was full of flavor and the broth I’ll be dreaming about. They are big portion which fed 2. Rice bowl was good & also fed 2!

The food here is absolutely delicious! My family swung by just to sample a few things since it was new, and we were blown away. Dustin and his family definitely know what they are doing in the kitchen! Even my picky 9-year-old was asking for more of the chicken wrapped rice balls and chicken skewers. The flavors were delicious and we had fun trying out all the different sauces. I especially loved the bento box because it was like a mini-buffet; SO many options and variety! I hope this place thrives, they definitely deserve it!

An absolute pleasure to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. Top notch service And this food wasn't just good it was delicious. The explosion of spices and sauce flavored this katsu chicken bowl. Something truly made with passion and love. This has to have been the best fried rice I've ever had bar none. The generous portion was so filling we couldn't even finish our ribeye wrapped rice balls with were also absolute insanity and incomparable to anything else I've had like this before! Will definitely be back.. OFTEN

I am so impressed with this American-Japanese restaurant. It’s rare to find a place that offers low prices while still delivering authentic taste, generous portions, and incredible freshness — but this restaurant truly does it all. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious, well-seasoned, and served in portions big enough to take home leftovers. It feels like real value and real quality, not shortcuts. The restaurant owner deserves special recognition — such a decent, kind, and genuinely caring person. You can immediately feel that he is experienced and deeply knowledgeable about both American and Japanese food culture, and he combines the best of both worlds perfectly. Absolutely a great option! If you are looking for some of the best ramen this is a great place. All ingredients tasted super fresh and well balanced. The broth was super tasty. The meat was right on point. Highly recommend this place! The staff was also very friendly and super helpful. Great customer service.
