Marco's Pizza

We got delivery. I rated service 4 because it arrived close to the promised time and the person that delivered was nice. Neither my husband or I cared for the pizza. My husband said the wings were good. We were split on the cinnamon dessert. I thought they were very dry, my husband said when they were reheated they were ok. I tried the cauliflower crust; tbh it tasted like they gave me the regular crust. I really wish we could find good delivery pizza.

I just have to post about Marcos in Blue Springs. I called to place an order for delivery to a family in Blue Springs who had lost a wife and mother. The order was for delivery as I assumed someone would be at the home to meet guests. When the delivery was made no one there to receive it and I learned it would almost 4 hours before anyone would be available. Marcos offered to make the delivery to me but I also was not available and resided in another city. As I was audibly upset about the missed time, they said they would go ahead and refund me the $100 and share the food with their employees. This was an amazing gesture and I was overwhelmed with gratitude at their generosity . Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding.

Order was simple and straightforward. Large cheese XTR CH. Pizza was cut in front of me, I opened the box there were big holes of dryness on the pizza. The cheese that was on it was overcooked. I questioned the appearance of the pizza. Cashier went and got some old guy out the back who debated me on how the pizza looked lol like we clearly are looking at the same product. He finally offered a remake was too tired..had my son outside. Unprofessional, rude experience. Felt cheated. Will never return to that location.

Update: Lowered review. Same story. Ordered thin well done, received thick under cooked. Giving up. Not a great first experiense.. ordered extra well done, and it wasn't. Ordered pepper and parm cheese... didn't get. Maybe next time it will he better and I'll update my review.

Prices are reasonable, food is amazing, my order was ready when the online app said it was gonna be ready. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone that likes pizza or calzones.
