Mangia Bene Restaurant

Enjoyed eating here. It's a small and cozy Italian restaurant. Love the food and desserts. Very friendly staff, too.

We were going to Kaiser in Martinez but got there too early than the appointment time. So we looked on Google see any restaurants near by. We saw IHOP close by and pulled in parking lot saw this Italian restaurant. Google says 4.4 stars so we decided to give a try. I ordered presto pasta, my husband ordered lasagna. The bread is so fresh, dipping sauce is very good. Both of our dishes are very tasty and you can taste homemade not frozen ingredients. Believe or not they serve sparkling water. It is very refreshing. We are very impressed by this hidden gem and the daughter of the owner told us they have been there 26 years. The price is super reasonable. I will definitely go back again and highly recommend!

Small place, they were fully booked when I walked in with my 5 relative's. They were still able to find a table for us and serve us promptly. Food is delicious. I highly recommend the Pollo Alla Modonese.

Delicious food. Reasonable price all things considered with good portions. I only rated slightly lower not because the service was bad, but took a while for anyone to even visit the front counter, then to take a table order. Kind person, just need to be more proactive. Great place tho!

Our favorite Italian in the area! The food is delish, and everyone is here always friendly. We occasionally try other Italian restaurants and always find ourselves back at Mangia Bene.
