I visited a halal Chinese restaurant in Springfield, Virginia for lunch and had an amazing experience. I ordered the Manchurian Chicken Lunch Special with fried rice, plus Buffalo Wings and Dynamite Shrimp — everything was delicious! The Manchurian chicken was cooked perfectly with great flavor and just the right amount of spice. The fried rice was fresh, not greasy, and paired really well with the dish. The buffalo wings were juicy and well-seasoned, and the dynamite shrimp had that perfect crispy texture with a flavorful creamy sauce. Overall, the food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. Great portions, great flavors, and a great halal option in the area. Definitely worth visiting again!
One of the worst Chinese Food ever. The Cook definitely just gave up. General To's chicken was just terrible. Undercooked and Old... Chicken Egg Foo just had eggs and lots of fluff.... hardly any chicken. Beef with broccoli just as bad. Had to throw away all the Food.. if I lived closer, This food needed to be return for a full refund. For the locals, please find another place.
A good local halal Chinese spot! We stopped by during lunch hour and they had really good deals. Tasty food, quick service.
This place is an insult to food. After a long day, during which I skipped breakfast and lunch, Chinese for dinner sounded like a great idea. I ordered general tso with egg friend rice and beef lo mein. The order arrived about 5 minutes ago. I am currently eating CheeZ-IT. The Chinese food is in the trash. I understand the bar is low for Chinese food but this place is legitimately selling meat that is so old and reheated that chewing the general tso chicken gave me a headache and sore temples. A rubber tire would have been easier to chew on. The lo mein was in a ball in tin foil. Which was the placed in a Styrofoam container. Never again!
I ordered the Singapore-style noodles, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. It didn’t look anything like Singapore-style noodles. The rice noodles were cheap quality, and there was barely any spice. To make it worse, they mixed rice into the dish and hid it under the noodles in the to-go box. Felt like they threw in a bunch of leftovers—it was gross. It was not cheap either, so I expected better. Honestly, Panda Express would give you way better food for less money. Definitely not worth it.
