Mancinos Pizzas and Grinders

Jeremiah & Lensi have a done a great job in their years as owners. The atmosphere is always positive and inviting from the moment your feet step through the door. The environment is clean, the staff are friendly and the food is always hot and prepared fresh. They go out of their way to help the community in any way they can, from giving back and support. The Cecil family will always be proud supporters of their establishment!!!

Update: the owner reach out to me through FB messenger and apologized and said he would be handling it. He was very kind and respectful. I will be back to get pizza very soon. Let me first start by saying I love your pizza. I was craving it so bad this evening. We live 45 minutes away and I can only get it on Sundays when we are in town. Tonight I called at 7:30pm and it rang at least 30 times with no answer. We drove to the restaurant and I walked in at 7:45 and tried to order a pizza and they said no because they were closing in 12 minutes. I understand that it would have been tight getting it done, but if they would have answered the phone at 7:30 they would have had plenty of time. This is not the first time this has happened. Delicious grinders and pizza with a very wide variety of menu items and toppings. A great place for large parties since they have two large party rooms. Order at the counter, get your own drink, and the servers bring your order to your table. I'm a frequent visitor who is never disappointed.

I was in town following a work event and I remembered trying a Mancino's in Ft. Wayne last week that I thoroughly enjoyed. Naturally I was happy to see a location in New Castle as I was having difficulty finding a place that wasn't a fast food chain. I got the Italian grinder as it was delicious the first time around, figured I'd stay with what I liked as I wasn't sure if it was the same business as the previous location. Fortunately it was. I had a great sandwich and even got to see kids celebrating in the dining room what looked like a championship victory. It brought me back to days past as a young kid. So I had a nice time. I ordered Spaghetti Alfredo with Extra Extra sauce because who doesn’t like their Alfredo saucy and then I got this. I would never in my life look at this and think it looked good enough to server to someone. The noodles are hard and crunchy from being baked with almost no sauce. Even if I didn’t specifically order extra sauce this would still be sad.
