Absolutely phenomenal, friendly service the way they treated me was above and beyond. They broke the menu options down for me considering I’m stopping by traveling not from here. Food was fresh, menu options were great and the prices were also very fair. The environment was cool, relaxed and chill. Will definitely return ! The bartender was so amazing and so friendly

If you are ever in the area and looking for hot fresh food this is definitely the place. The lunch special did not disappoint. The food was well seasoned and tasted delicious. The customer service was so pleasant. I am definitely adding this to my list of places to return.

Ok. Stop here! I've never been to a place like this! The food came out as prepared. Fresh and piping hot. My belly is so fat and happy! We ordered almost everything between the 6 of us. Excellent cooking. Delicious. The crying boy who was too scared to try anything is severely missing out. Hands down will come back if I ever cross paths again! Thank you guys so much.

CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE you PAY. SERVICE FEE included everything was good until we got home and checked the receipt. credit card fee and service charge (18%) fee shame on us for not checking it in detail before we paid. she just gave the total and then we did 20% for the tip $10.00. so the total "tip" was $18 , our two friends did the same thing. so the lady made made $54 for a three person table/. hopefully you enjoy it because we WILL NOT be BACK

Mama’s Kitchen was recommended to us by Dominique at the Whitney Plantation when we asked where we could find authentic southern food. My partner ordered the gumbo and the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. I had the fried chicken and fries. My partner summed it up perfectly as we were heading back to NOLA: “It didn’t feel like a restaurant. It felt like we were sitting at someone’s table and mom was cooking in the kitchen.” The service, food, and atmosphere were all truly wonderful!
