Mamaleh's Delicatessen Cambridge

Absolutely perfect place to have breakfast lunch or dinner in a warm home like environment. I feel like sitting in mom’s kitchen and enjoying homemade meal. My favorite is matza ball soup and CHEESE BLINTZES but everything is delicious and priced very reasonably. Definitely my favorite place to come back again and break my family and guests.

We popped into Mamaleh's on Christmas Day while visiting Boston from the UK for the holidays. There was a lovely atmosphere – calm yet busy with a great buzz – and the bagels were sooo good. We also enjoyed chatting to Alon, the owner, who is such a great guy. I'm delighted we bought a couple of Mamaleh's diner mugs that made their way safely back to the UK, from which we enjoy our coffee every day, remembering the time we spent there. One day we will be back!

Maybe one of our new favourite breakfast / brunch (ish) spots in the Boston area?? Very delicious - I especially liked the Lox bagel and the latkes. I like how the breakfast menu in particular has a good amt of vegetarian options for my partner - the lunch menu not so much. But we’re already excited to come back and try the sandwiches, a shake, the French toast, and the chocolate cake!

European here, so little experience with this. However, since falling in love with pastrami in NYC, I came looking for it and found this amazing place. The vibes were immaculate, it all felt very local. Quiet, welcoming, relaxed. I had a half-sandwich with pastrami and it was sublime. If I lived here, I’d come at least weekly!

The Reuben was spot on. Fresh, good quantity of meat, the bread wasn’t soggy and the dressing was delicious. The deli was clean and the atmosphere warm and inviting. I would definitely return.
