Best fish and chips in California. I recommend the fish and chips, shrimp and chips, and fish taquitos. I heard the tacos are phenomenal but I always resort to the aforementioned. I’ve also tried the potato salad, which is superb, but the clam chowder is not good here unfortunately. Still, this is a five-star and the best fish and chips house in California.

Great food & market, across from the beach. Fish & chips are unbeatable. We also had clam chowder and a real crab salad. All very tasty. All fresh. Reasonable prices. Rustic style dining. Parking can be a challenge if you go normal eating hours, but not impossible. Restroom behind the building. Best seafood!

It was raining on that day we went to get lunch from here. You order in the small store and go to the closed seating area beside the store for dining. Fish and chips were crispy but lacked any seasoning, the shrimps were yum, and paired well with pilaf.

Malibu Seafood is so Awesome! With so many different kinds of seafood to choose from as you can see on their menu plus other stuff also like different kinds of bread to eat with their clam chowder sourdough bread 🍞 or a bagel 🥯 or a baguette 🥖 for later & OMG! 🤤 The "Fish & Chips" are to die for they are so freaking good perfectly battered & the french fries just have that amazing taste to them also plus the clam chowder & the shrimp tacos 🍤 🌮 ! It was such good fresh seafood! Great prices and fast service. I had a king crab salad(perfection!) that came with a clam chowder. My friend and I shared the fried oysters. And he let me try his fried scallop sandwich which was insanely delicious.
